In NH, collected OHRV registration funds are split between
the NH Fish & Game Dept and the NH Bureau of Trails. F&G
gets money for safety, education and enforcement (this
includes enforcement grants given to other enforcement
agencies in NH). BOT gets money for agency operations,
maintenance, land purchase (used to purchase Jericho Mt
State Park), and grants given to clubs for equipment and
trail maintenance. The following link shows a chart on how
it’s all distributed.
